For our founder, John, the love for the first meal of the day began long before he ever picked up a passport. It started in the quiet stillness of the early morning amidst the lush, fertile lands of Ibb, Yemen. Walking out into the green terraced fields with his mother and grandmother to gather fresh vegetables and collect eggs from their free-roaming chickens, he learned the true value of honest food. Those early days instilled a lifelong reverence for the morning ritual and the unmatched magic of fresh ingredients.

Later, that same passion turned into a journey across the globe. From the bustling streets of Istanbul and the vibrant markets of Marrakech to the rich culinary landscapes of Mexico, John fell in love with how different cultures honor the morning. Early Bird Cafe was born out of a desire to bring both of these worlds to your plate: the wholesome, farm-to-table spirit of his childhood, woven together with a tapestry of global flavors.
